1. When the worm gear reducer is used or replaced for the first time, the lubricating oil will be replaced after 150-400 hours of operation, and the subsequent oil change period is less than or equal to 4000 hours;

2, regularly check the weight and quality of the worm gear reducer oil, keep enough lubricating oil, timely replace mixed impurities or deteriorated oil;

3, the amount of oil shall be according to the requirements of the table, different brands of oil is prohibited to mix, the same brand but different viscosity of oil is allowed to mix;

4. The operating ambient temperature of the worm gear reducer is -40 °C~+40°C. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubrication before starting must be heated to above 0°C or the lubricating oil with low freezing point should be used.
