In the process of production, accordingto production plan arrangement, in order to ensure completion of production plan, especially in sales season, we will make good use of each part of staff,reasonably adjust labor and make effective use of working time. With the cooperation and effort of staff in workshop, we will complete production task which are required by company and ensure sales requirement.

2.Strict requirement for quality

In the process of production, the staff should be responsible for customer and company’s interest. We will strictly produce according to production requirement and ensure provide good production to customer. Then we will strictly require each step of process and don’t allow unqualified production into next process.

3.Good management mode

We need to manage staff and mechanical equipment. We also need to train, practice, enhance their own quality and improve the staff’s comprehensive ability.

In addition, we also maintain mechanical equipment, regularly check mechanical equipment, ensure norm operation and consciously develop good habit of maintaining mechanical equipment.
